CAPTURE
DocuLex Capture is a powerful 32bit imaging

PDF.Capture
DocuLex PDF.Capture provides
an integrated scanning and PDF conversion solution in one package. These
PDF files maintain the image integrity of Group IV TIF images. PDF files
can be indexed and searched with Acrobat Exchange and other leading Intranet
search tools.
CONTROL
DocuLex Control handles job setup for
Capture. Control also provides essential tools for data/image validation
and formatting to accommodate various coding and retrieval systems. Control
automatically locates "bad" images... inexpensively. Eliminates
the nightmares of receiving CD's, only to later discover unusable images.
VIEW-it
DocuLex Viewer is an
easy to use image retrieval system designed to image enable most database
and document management software packages. The Viewer displays, prints,
redacts and annotates scanned images. The Viewer is equipped with all the
necessary tools for courtroom presentation. Image formats supported include
TIFF, JPEG, GIF, PCX, and BMP. It is the only Viewer available which
enables the user to permanently brand redaction's onto an image. It's an
invaluable tool for producing images.
OCR-it
DocuLex OCR-it creates searchable text from
scanned images and is the first production OCR application designed specifically
to meet the demands of Litigation Support.
PDF-it
DocuLex PDF-it offers a productive solution
for converting millions of scanned documents into fully searchable electronic
files that can be easily managed and distributed in Web-based information
management systems. These PDF files maintain the image integrity of Group
IV TIF images. PDF files can be indexed and searched with Acrobat Exchange
and other leading Intranet search tools. Pdf-it maybe used as stand
alone or in conjunction with other DocuLex products.
PRINT-it
DocuLex Print-it provides a high speed
blowback solution for all printers with Windows driver support. Production
numbering plus confidential stamping are a few of the many features available.
BRAND-it
DocuLex Brand-it provides the true method
of "Electronic bates numbering". Electronic production numbers
created with Capture or Control are "burned" into the images.
Brand-it will also accommodate redaction's created with the Viewer.
